The Islands set from the Matacao series consists of two seating areas – a two-seater and a double lounger, which can be moved around or even combined to form a double bed. The two elements can be used separately or combined into one set.
Stapling with Velcro
All the elements of the Matacao series are fastened with Velcro. The seating elements are connected to each other by means of velcro straps which are attached to the underside of the elements. As the Matacao elements are heavier, they are also more stable, and the Velcro fastenings will make sure they stay in place.
Change the backrests
The side bolsters can be moved between the sides and are fixed to the seat with a Velcro strap. This gives you the freedom to change the backrests between the edges of the seat elements and, if necessary, to close or open a corner to make the set feel more connected to the room.
Change the covers
Cushion, backrest or seat – each element has its own cover that can be changed independently of the rest of the set. Whether you just want to wash the covers or replace them completely, it’s easy to do.
