Warranty Policy

COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE


1. Warranty Coverage

All FEYDOM products supplied by COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE are covered by a limited 5-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty applies exclusively to:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship

under normal residential use as intended by the manufacturer.


2. Manufacturer-Based Warranty

This warranty is strictly based on and limited to the warranty provided by FEYDOM (manufacturer).

COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE does not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.


3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including foam softening and fabric aging
  • Fabric variations, color differences, or dye lot inconsistencies
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper use
  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, or external forces
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party handling
  • Improper assembly or installation not carried out by COMFICASA
  • Damage caused by environmental factors including humidity, liquids, heat, or direct sunlight
  • Products used for commercial, hospitality, rental, or non-residential purposes unless explicitly agreed in writing

All fabric-related variations and natural material behaviors are considered normal and are not defects.


4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact:

and provide:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Product model and date of purchase
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Proof of purchase

5. Claim Timing Requirement

Any issue must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

For initial assessment purposes, customers are required to report any concerns within 10 days from delivery.

Failure to do so may affect the ability to process the claim.


6. Inspection and Evaluation

All warranty claims are subject to technical review.

COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE reserves the right to inspect the product (on-site or remotely) and determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.

The final decision on all claims remains at the sole discretion of COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE, in line with manufacturer guidelines.


7. Resolution

If a claim is approved, COMFICASA may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component
  • Replace the affected part or module
  • Replace the product if repair is not feasible

Refunds are not standard and are only considered in exceptional cases where repair or replacement is not possible.


8. Limitation of Liability

COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, inconvenience, or time
  • Any damage resulting from circumstances outside manufacturing defects

9. Compliance with UAE Law

This warranty is provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.


10. Policy Updates

COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
