These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & Product Availability

2.1 All products are sold based on availability from existing stock or backorder.

2.2 Orders are confirmed upon full payment at the time of purchase.

2.3 Product specifications, configurations, and selections are confirmed with the customer prior to order finalization.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery dates and windows are confirmed case by case only after stock, configuration, access, route, vehicle, crew availability and the applicable delivery charge have been verified. No date or time is binding unless COMFICASA confirms it in writing.

3.2 A customer-requested dedicated delivery date, specific time, express service or separate trip outside COMFICASA’s standard delivery plan or a previously confirmed schedule is subject to operational feasibility and a separate cost assessment. No universal fixed scheduling or express fee applies.

3.3 Any additional charge under section 3.2 must be reasonable and documented. The service scope and amount will be stated in the applicable quotation or pro forma invoice or, if the requirement arises after order confirmation, in an additional written quotation or variation. The charge applies only after the customer approves it in writing and before the additional service is incurred or scheduled.

3.4 Where delivery or installation requires additional access arrangements, permits, labour, equipment, vehicle capacity, trips, waiting time or third-party services because of site conditions, building requirements, inaccurate or incomplete customer information, or other circumstances beyond COMFICASA’s reasonable control, the requirement and cost will be handled under section 3.3. Once approved in writing, the customer is responsible for payment. If the customer does not approve the additional cost, COMFICASA may suspend or reschedule the affected service, subject to mandatory UAE law.

3.5 COMFICASA will not pass to the customer any additional cost resulting from COMFICASA’s own error, negligence, failure to follow confirmed delivery arrangements, or the acts or omissions of a contractor for whom COMFICASA is legally responsible.

3.6 Sections 3.2 to 3.5 do not apply to a repair, replacement, refund, transport service, collection, site visit or other remedy that must be provided without charge under the applicable Warranty Statement or mandatory UAE law.

4. Backorder Items

4.1 Certain products may be offered on a backorder basis.

4.2 Full payment is required at the time of purchase for backordered items.

4.3 Backordered items are delivered as part of upcoming shipments.

4.4 Delivery timelines for backordered items are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4.5 Timelines may vary depending on:

• Production schedules
• Shipping arrangements
• Third-party logistics providers

4.6 COMFICASA will keep customers informed based on updates received from shipping partners.

4.7 Delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, or other external factors are beyond COMFICASA’s control.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

5.1 General Principle

5.1.1 All products are delivered brand-new and sold based on confirmed selection at the time of purchase.

5.1.2 Except where mandatory UAE law, an applicable written contract or the current COMFICASA Warranty Statement provides otherwise, sales are final.

5.2 Cancellation

5.2.1 Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch.

5.2.2 Any right to reject or cancel at delivery is governed by the applicable written contract and mandatory UAE law. Visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product must be recorded immediately on the delivery evidence.

5.3 Return Eligibility

5.3.1 A return based only on preference or change of mind is not accepted unless expressly allowed by the applicable written contract or required by mandatory UAE law.

5.3.2 A return may only be considered if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect;
• The product delivered is not as confirmed at the time of purchase; or
• The product has been damaged during delivery.

5.4 Reporting Period

5.4.1 Visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product must be reported and recorded immediately at delivery.

5.4.2 Concealed transport damage or a missing item that could not reasonably be identified at delivery must be reported within 8 days of delivery with supporting evidence. This administrative period does not limit a latent-defect claim or any mandatory UAE right.

5.4.3 Any other warranty defect must be reported promptly after discovery. Administrative closure does not extinguish a valid claim or any mandatory right.

5.5 Condition for Assessment

5.5.1 The product, packaging and accessories should be preserved for assessment as far as reasonably practicable.

5.5.2 Use, damage, stains or misuse may affect the technical assessment, but these factors will not be used to defeat a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.5.3 Claims are subject to evidence review and inspection by COMFICASA and, where applicable, technical assessment by FEYDOM.

5.6 Resolution

5.6.1 Where a claim is accepted, FEYDOM determines the manufacturer-warranty technical remedy, COMFICASA coordinates the approved action, and any commercial concession requires COMFICASA Management approval. Mandatory UAE law prevails where it requires an independent remedy. The outcome may include:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund, where determined appropriate

5.7 Non-Eligible Cases

5.7.1 Subject to the current Warranty Statement and mandatory UAE law, manufacturer-warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations that do not affect functionality
• Reasonable differences in colour, texture, appearance, shading, fabric perception, or visual presentation resulting from photography, lighting conditions, screen display settings, digital renderings, product visualization techniques, or manufacturing tolerances.

5.8 Refund Processing

5.8.1 Any approved refund will be processed:

• Processed to the original payment method
• Within the period required by applicable law or stated in the approved written resolution

5.8.2 Refunds are issued following inspection and written approval, except where mandatory UAE law requires otherwise.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6.1 If a product is delivered damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, the customer must notify COMFICASA in accordance with section 5.4 and provide available supporting evidence.

6.2 COMFICASA will document the case, coordinate inspection and, as appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, refund or another remedy in accordance with the applicable Warranty Statement, written contract and mandatory UAE law. Nothing in these Terms limits a remedy that must be provided without charge under mandatory UAE law.

7. Warranty

7.1 Eligible FEYDOM products supplied by COMFICASA include a standard two-year limited manufacturer warranty measured from the date the customer receives the product, subject to the current COMFICASA Warranty Statement and applicable FEYDOM terms.

7.2 A conditional additional three-year extension may apply only to the internal supporting structure where FEYDOM’s conditions are met and a valid written extended-warranty certificate is issued. Zippers are excluded from that extension. This is not a blanket five-year warranty for all components.

7.3 Residential consumer use and B2B, commercial or project use are treated separately. Commercial warranty terms are governed by the applicable quotation, supply agreement, sales contract, order confirmation or project warranty certificate.

7.4 The manufacturer warranty is non-transferable. Factory seconds, clearance or discounted stock, display models and disclosed defects are excluded from manufacturer-warranty coverage as stated in the current Warranty Statement, without limiting mandatory UAE rights.

7.5 Manufacturer-warranty claims are submitted through COMFICASA for evidence collection, inspection and referral to FEYDOM for technical assessment. COMFICASA coordinates the approved remedy. Mandatory UAE law prevails where it imposes an independent obligation or remedy.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nothing in this section limits liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under mandatory UAE law.

8.2 Subject to mandatory UAE law and the specific facts, any contractual exclusion of the following categories of loss applies only to the extent lawful:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages arising from the use of its products

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on this website, including images, designs, product representations, and text, is the property of COMFICASA | FEYDOM UAE or its partners.

9.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Product Images, Visualizations & Showroom Verification

10.1 Product images displayed on this website are intended to illustrate product designs, configurations, colours, materials, and possible use scenarios.

10.2 Images may include professional photography, digital renderings, lifestyle visualizations, digital image enhancements, and staged interior settings created for presentation and marketing purposes.

10.3 While COMFICASA makes every reasonable effort to accurately represent its products, actual colours, textures, materials, finishes, dimensions, and appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, fabric production batches, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates.

10.4 Product specifications, dimensions, materials, and written descriptions provided on the website shall prevail over visual representations in the event of any discrepancy.

10.5 Customers are strongly encouraged to visit the COMFICASA showroom at Art of Living Mall, Dubai, to inspect fabrics, materials, colours, seating comfort, modular configurations, dimensions, and product functionality before making a final purchase decision.

10.6 Variations between website images and delivered products that do not affect the product’s specifications, functionality, quality, or intended use shall not by themselves constitute a defect or qualify for cancellation, return, replacement or refund, subject to verified written specifications and mandatory UAE law.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Mandatory Rights and Source Precedence

13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory UAE law.

13.2 If documents conflict, the following order applies to the extent lawful:

1. Mandatory UAE law;

2. The product- or project-specific signed quotation, order confirmation, warranty certificate, sales contract or supply agreement;

3. The applicable FEYDOM manufacturer warranty, to the extent consistent with mandatory UAE law and the product- or project-specific written terms;

4. The current COMFICASA Warranty Statement for warranty and claim matters;

5. The current COMFICASA Delivery & Installation Policy for delivery and installation matters;

6. These Terms & Conditions; and

7. The FAQ and other summaries, which are explanatory only and do not override the documents above.

13.3 The Arabic and English versions form part of these Terms. If an interpretation conflict arises in a consumer matter, the Arabic text prevails to the extent required by mandatory UAE law.
