Warranty Information

Peace of Mind for Two Years!

COMFiCASA offers a comprehensive 2-year FEYDOM warranty on all FEYDOM products, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty ensures you’re protected against any manufacturing defects or workmanship issues that may arise during regular use.
1. Warranty against manufacturing defects on the internal wooden structure – FEYDOM wooden frames are protected against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years.
2. Removable covers and fabric warranty – Covers, fabrics, cushion fillings and seat pockets are insured against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 2 years.

COMFiCASA is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. Any warranty claim must be made within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

Cancellation and Returns


Changing Your Mind? No Problem! We understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about canceling or returning your COMFiCASA order:

  1. Before Delivery: You can cancel your order free of charge any time before the scheduled delivery date. We’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  2. At Delivery: You can cancel or request an exchange for your order at the time of delivery without any additional charges. Simply speak to our delivery personnel before unpacking the products.
  3. After Delivery: If you discover a fault with your product within 3 days of delivery, you can request a repair, refund, return, exchange, or cancellation. We’ll arrange a free pickup for your convenience, or you can bring it to your nearest COMFiCASA store.
  4. Wrong Item Delivered? We’ll Fix It Fast! If you receive the wrong item, we’ll prioritize delivering the correct product to you on the next business day.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned order, we’ll issue a full refund for the product cost as soon as possible duo to your bank policy and procedures via bank transfer to the original payment method used.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, including any delivery costs you may have paid.
