Sales Executive

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our exceptional collection of sustainable furniture and interior design elements to discerning customers in Dubai. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and present compelling sales proposals will be instrumental in achieving our sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively sell our furniture and interior design items to potential customers, both in-store and through online channels.
• Cultivate strong relationships with middle-to-upper-class clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and building loyalty to Comficasa.
• Negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial transactions while upholding company and customer interests.
• Manage all aspects of online product sales, including interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Identify new sales leads through networking, marketing activities, and active search.
• Stay abreast of latest trends in the Dubai home furniture market and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales techniques and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain customer relations CRM and provide responsive support through various channels, including showroom visits, exhibitions, WhatsApp, and social media.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with a focus on marketing and sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in furniture sales and interior design, preferably within a sustainable or eco-conscious brand.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic and other European languages a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent public relations skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, present compelling sales proposals, and negotiate effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve sales and marketing techniques.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and committed to upholding ethical business practices.
• Valid UAE driving license.
