About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in e-commerce platforms and a passion for helping businesses thrive online.
Responsibilities:
- Primary Focus (WordPress, Google Ads, Shop Sales System):
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for our WordPress website, including updates, security measures, and minor coding adjustments.
- Manage Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns, including setup, tag implementation, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our Shop Sales System, including accounting, inventory, invoicing software, transactions, and security.
- Secondary Focus (Social Media & CRM):
- Offer technical support for our Instagram and Facebook e-commerce setups and user retention strategies.
- Assist with technical aspects of our CRM system as needed.
- General IT Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related issues for our team.
- Maintain and update software and hardware systems.
- Document technical procedures and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, especially WordPress, Google Ads, and Shop Sales Systems.
- Experience with social media platform integrations for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work schedule: 2 days a week on-site, remaining days on-call.
- Monthly contract position.
