Delivery times

The products will be delivered within the delivery time stated on the advance invoice when the order is confirmed.

  1. The products available in our warehouse in the UAE are usually delivered within 7 days.
  2. The “Backordered Products” usually are delivered in 3 months after the order is placed.  The customer will be informed in 10 days prior to delivery when the product is delivered in our UAE warehouse.

The delivery period begins when the buyer receives confirmation of receipt of the order along with an advance invoice to their email address. Unless otherwise stated and only in the event of difficult delivery of goods or exceptional circumstances, this deadline may be extended.

While we strive for on-time delivery, the Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Special delivery times apply to trade fairs and other promotions and campaigns where goods are sold at reduced prices. For goods purchased at a reduced price in any way, the delivery date is set by the company determined and the customer cannot choose it himself. The delivery time must not exceed 90 working days. The period begins with the payment. All special offers and discounts are mutually exclusive unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information, shipping and delivery

“COMFICASA” offers free delivery only in the UAE for the FEYDOM products with price over than AED 4,000.00 . Several shipping methods are available to the buyer:

  1. Free of charge: Transport to the address with delivery and assembly: If the buyer selects “Free Delivery” as the shipping method, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order. The goods are also delivered through the front door of the apartment to the address specified by the buyer. It is important to ensure that the ordered goods can be brought into the apartment unhindered and that the floor and other equipment in the apartment are protected. If the path to the apartment is blocked or the characteristics of the building do not allow this (narrow staircase, spiral staircase), we cannot guarantee that the sofa will be brought in by us and the Company is not responsible to fulfill the deliveryThe day and time of delivery are determined by the Company in advance and cannot be changed without additional payment. A free change to the delivery address provided when confirming the offer is also not possible. The price also includes the removal of all protective materials.
  2. Please ensure that a building gate pass is arranged in advance to grant permission for the delivery to enter the premises at the specified time. Kindly coordinate with the building management or security team to obtain the necessary authorization and provide them with the details of the delivery schedule cooperation in facilitating a smooth and timely delivery process.
  3. For an additional charge: Fast-Track Delivery for Back-Orders: We understand the need for speed! If you require faster delivery for a back-ordered item, we’ll be happy to explore expedited shipping options. However, please note:
    • Expedited Shipping Costs: The cost will depend on the carrier’s quote for your specific delivery timeframe. We’ll obtain a quote and confirm the additional cost with you before processing your request.
    • Unforeseen Delays: While we’ll do our best to meet your desired delivery window, we cannot guarantee it. Delays can occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Storage fee: We offer a free 30-day storage facility for purchased products. After this period, a storage charge of 5% of your order value per month will apply. This charge must be paid in full in advance before we release the product for delivery.
