FEYDOM Product Returns

After receiving the product, at the time of delivery, without any charges and request for an exchange item, you can return your order. You may cancel your Furniture Order within 3 days after the date of delivery and request for a return of unused and unopened items.

If you encounter any issues with your product, such as defects or malfunctions, we’re happy to help! You have 7 calendar days from receiving your order to request a repair, refund, return, exchange, or cancellation in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase attached.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a customized order. These customized orders, where you select elements and personalize them with your chosen colors, are considered unique creations tailored to your specific needs.

While the standard 7-day return policy doesn’t apply to these customized items, we’re always happy to discuss your options. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will appreciate if you inform “comficasa” home furniture trading co. LLC., of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).

Regardless of the form of termination of the contract, please send us a copy of the invoice.

Refund

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the product to ensure it meets the return requirements. We’ll promptly notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request.

Please note that the delivery charges are non-refundable. Only the amount of the returned product will be refunded for your return orders.

If your refund is approved, we’ll initiate the refund process immediately using your original payment method. The timeframe for receiving the funds back in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times. It typically takes a few business days, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Returning an item for legal entities

The processing of purchases by the Company is carried out in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Legal Entities. Companies, sole proprietors and other legal entities can return items according to the warranty conditions. Legal entities may NOT exercise the right to withdraw from the contract or refund the purchase price within 7 days.

Shipping

To ensure a smooth return process, please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the non-defective or faulty product back to us. While the shipping cost won’t be included in your refund, we’re committed to making returns as convenient as possible.
