We provide delivery services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery is not included in the product price.
Delivery fees are:
- Calculated based on location, order size, and accessibility
- Confirmed at the time of purchase or quotation

3. Installation (Complimentary Service)
We offer free installation and assembly for all FEYDOM products within the UAE.
This includes:
- Assembly of modules
- Basic placement of the product
4. Delivery Conditions
- Delivery is made to the nearest accessible point to the property.
- Carrying items inside the apartment depends on:
- Elevator availability
- Staircase access
- Door and corridor dimensions
If access is restricted:
- Additional handling charges may apply
- Or delivery may be completed to the nearest possible point
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring clear and safe access
- Arranging building entry permits (gate pass)
- Informing us in advance of any restrictions
Failure to meet these conditions may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Additional charges
- Rescheduling fees
6. Estimated Delivery Time
In-stock items:
- Dubai: within 2–7 working days
- Other Emirates: within 3–10 working days
Made-to-order items:
- Estimated 6–10 weeks
7. Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect information
- Lack of access
- Customer unavailability

8. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Logistics disruptions
- External factors beyond our control
9. Storage Policy
We offer up to 30 days free storage after product readiness.
After this period:
- Storage fees may apply
- Delivery scheduling will depend on availability
