Change the backrests

One of the key advantages of the CasCais model is the flexibility of its movable backrests. Each seat element has hidden support holes beneath the seams, allowing you to reposition the backrests along different sides to suit your activity — whether it’s lounging, reading, entertaining guests, or watching TV. For instance, the square K element fits one backrest on two of its sides, while the rectangular F element supports one on its short end, allowing you different layout possibilities. And when not needed, the backrests can be easily removed and stored in the built-in compartment underneath — keeping your living area both tidy and versatile.

Adapt as you wish

CasCais sofa layouts can be changed easily in a variety of different configurations. You can also change your sofa covers – you can take the cover off each element, wash them and put them back on. If you want a completely new look for your living room, by purchasing completely new covers, you can refresh the sofa and harmonize it with your new style.

Assemble and fix

The Cascais elements are connected to each other by connectors made of a combination of Velcro and metal, which are stuck between the wooden frames on the underside and prevent the seat from sliding apart. There is also a storage compartment under each CasCaiso element, where you can stow the backrests and connectors you don’t need at the moment.
